Data Security
Our state of the art data facility meets all the latest data security requirements for: HIPAA, PCI, SAS 70, and SSAE16 SOC 1 & SOC 2. The facility also undergoes annual penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and independent auditing against the most current security compliance standards. Physical security is independently audited as well with annual reporting to verify strong access control measures such as two-factor authentication, keycard logging, biometric identification, and physical surveillance and alarm systems.
100% Closed Loop Technology
To insure every statement mailing piece is accounted for Vision Direct employs closed loop technology on our inserting systems. Each piece contains a unique identifier within the 2D barcode. The barcode is scanned as the envelope exits the inserter and recorded. Our software includes reporting features to flag damaged pieces in need of reprinting. Clients can be assured when mailing with Vision Direct 100% of their mailing is processed and accounted for.
Data Services
With a strong and secure network to support our Data Services Team, we perform complex data analytics, variable mapping, maximizing postal discounts and providing valuable list analysis. Our customized programming solutions tackle challenging 1-to-1 direct mail campaigns and statement processing packages including creating charts and graphs, as well as database-driven images and text.
